Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from PromptForge, operated by Damik LLC, 1713 Herman Court, Stockton, CA 95206, USA.

1. Digital Products

All prompts, prompt libraries, custom GPTs, templates, and course access are digital goods delivered instantly. Because the content is accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product is materially defective, undeliverable, or significantly not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@promtforge.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been fully downloaded or substantially consumed;
  • Courses where more than 25% of the lessons have been viewed;
  • Custom done-for-you services after work has commenced;
  • Purchases older than 7 days.

4. Done-For-You Services

Custom service engagements are governed by the scope of work agreed with the client. Once work has started, the engagement is non-refundable, but unused milestones may be credited toward future work at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@promtforge.com from the address used at checkout.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the request.
  3. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of access to purchased products.
